About Dr. Alyssa

Alyssa Fenn is a Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist dedicated to helping adults 55+ stay active, strong, and doing what they love. With advanced training as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Titleist Performance Institute Certified provider, she blends evidence-based orthopedic care with a deep understanding of movement mechanics for golfers and active adults.

Originally from Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Alyssa earned her undergraduate degree in Denver, Colorado at Regis University—then stayed an extra year to live the ski-bum dream before returning east for graduate school at the University of Mount Union in Ohio. She completed her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) residency at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Outside the clinic, Alyssa enjoys golfing, snowboarding, biking, and hiking. Her three-year-old keeps life full of joy and adventure. She’ll soon be offering dry needling services—stay tuned! Alyssa is excited to join the team and continue helping her community move confidently and live fully.
