Signature Strength & Balance Class
Our Signature Strength & Balance Class is designed to help adults build confidence, improve stability, and increase overall strength for everyday activities. Led by movement specialists, this fun and supportive class focuses on reducing fall risk while enhancing mobility, balance, and functional fitness.
Offered on Tues, Thurs and Saturday at 9am
ChairFIT Class
ChairFIT is a low-impact fitness class that uses a chair for support while improving strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health. Perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, this class provides a safe and effective way to stay active and maintain independence.
Offered on Tues, Thurs at 11am and Saturday at 10am
