About Jessica

Jessica Caldwell moved to Maryland in 2012 from State College, PA, where she spent much of her career as Assistant Director of Events for the PennState Alumni Association while raising two amazing children. She now lives in Stevensville with her husband and their beloved pets.

In 2024, Jessica turned her lifelong passion for health and fitness into a career by earning NASM certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach, with a focus on empowering women to stay healthy, strong, and confident.

Jessica currently works full-time in Development at Johns Hopkins Medicine and, since meeting Leah in November 2024, has been thrilled to join her team as an instructor for the “Aging Stronger” community. She is passionate about helping this group embrace strength, wellness, and confidence at every stage of life. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
